"I looked down at 30 whole cucumbers that needed to be peeled as thin as possible. I thought there must be a better way.

Smart Sushi Chef started in a kitchen during a 14-hour shift. Ethan -- sushi chef, tool inventor, and the person behind every product on this site -- built the Kappa Kanpeki because he needed it. Then his colleagues needed it. Then chefs across Europe started asking for it.
